Chewy, candy, stout of almonds and covered in darkish chocolate, these Paleo chocolate Florentines are additionally gluten-free and vegan. —Justina
Ingredients
2 cups
almond flakes
1 cup
almond flour
1
egg (non-obligatory)

cup agave syrup/honey

cup coconut oil, melted

Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 150c and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Mix the coconut oil and syrup together in a bowl.
- Roughly prick the flaked almonds and mix along with the almond flour.
- Mix the oil and syrup with the almond combine.
- Roll the dough into little balls, and flatten out on the lined tray.
- Bake for roughly 12 minutes.
- Get rid of from the oven and allow to wintry.
- In the length in-between, melt some chocolate by inserting the darkish chocolate in a bowl and inserting the bowl over a pan crammed 1/4 means with sizzling water. (Make sure that the bowl doesn’t collect contact with the water).
