A piping scorching bowl of this gluten free Broccoli Soup is the supreme dish for these frosty iciness days. —elanaspantry
Substances
2 tablespoons
olive oil
1
medium onion, chopped
1 bunch
broccoli (a couple of heads), coarsely chopped
2 quarts
water
1/2 teaspoon
celtic sea salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a mountainous pot and saute onion over medium to low warmth until subtle, about quarter-hour
- Add broccoli and saute for five-10 minutes
- Add water and cook dinner until broccoli is subtle about quarter-hour
- Puree scorching soup in small batches in a Vitamix until tender and creamy
- Reheat soup and lend a hand
