Ingredients
1 cup
puffed rice cereal
1/2 cup
reduced-sodium beef broth
1 pound
lean ground beef-
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons
unsweetened ketchup
2 tablespoons
tomato paste
1 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons
instantaneous espresso powder (equivalent to Medaglia d’Oro)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375° F.
- Location the puffed rice in a tall bowl. Pour the beef broth on high of it and mix smartly to interrupt apart the puffs.
