Ingredients

  • 1

    green bell pepper, sliced into strips


  • 1

    purple bell pepper, sliced into strips


  • 1

    yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips


  • 1

    orange bell pepper, sliced into strips


  • 12 ounces

    rooster breast

  • 2 teaspoons

    Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon

    salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon

    pepper

  • 24 ounces

    jar marinara sauce
Directions
  1. Layer bell peppers and rooster breasts in the crockpot with some on the bottom and a few on top then add seasonings, salt and pepper and marinara sauce.
  2. Cowl and cook on low for 8 hours or on excessive for 4 hours.
  3. Once it be cooked, spoil aside the rooster with a tongs. This also can shred without problems after cooking this lengthy in the sauce.
  4. Inspire over rice or lettuce and top with parmesan as desired.
