Formula

  • 1 pound

    chicken mince

  • 1 tablespoon

    ginger garlic paste

  • 2 teaspoons

    crushed dark pepper

  • 1 teaspoon

    salt

  • 2 tablespoons

    lemon juice

  • 3 tablespoons

    corn flour

  • 3

    green onion, chopped


  • 1

    green chili, chopped


  • 1 tablespoon

    oil

  • 1 tablespoon

    crushed garlic

  • 1.5 cups

    pasta sauce

  • 1 teaspoon

    brown sugar

  • 1 cup

    water or chicken stock

  • 1 tablespoon

    corn flour
Directions
  1. Marinate chicken mince with all marination ingredients for 10 minutes.
  2. Shape into balls and fry except golden, take away and take care of apart.
  3. Warmth oil in a pan, fry crushed garlic and chopped green chili for roughly a minute.
  4. Mix the corn flour with 1 cup water/stock. Add this combination to the pot along with the comfort of the sauce ingredients. Cook dinner to thicken the gravy to desired consistency.
