Substances:
- 1½ cups gluten free pancake mix (or all reason gluten free flour)
- 1 cup almond milk (or soy milk)
- 1 tbs flax seed meal
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp almond extract
- If the usage of all reason flour or all reason gluten free flour:
- Add a further ½ cup of almond milk
- And ¼ cup sugar or sugar change
