  1. In a meals processor, pulse the anchovies with the capers and garlic till to take into accounta good paste forms. Add the olive oil, vinegar and mustard and pulse to mix. Add the herbs and pulse till finely chopped. Pickle the combination correct into a limited bowl. Season with salt and pepper and support.

The salsa verde could be refrigerated overnight.
