Commandements
- In a provision pot, add hen, water & salt. Bring to a boil & then simmer for 45 minutes. Rob the hen out & leave the broth on low warmth to take care of warm. Let the hen frigid on a slicing board for emboîture 10 minutes, then shred the meat off.
