Substances

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 cup ditalini or other short pasta

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken (from 1 rotisserie chicken)

  • 2 cups toddler spinach

  • 2 tablespoons unique lemon juice (from 1 lemon)

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground unlit pepper

  • Toasted naan, for serving (non-mandatory)

Directions

  1. Warmth oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium-excessive. Add onion and prepare dinner, stirring every every so often, until softened, 3 to 5 minutes.
