Ingredients

  • 2

    Very ripe Bananas


  • 1

    Egg


  • 3 tablespoons

    Milk

  • 3-4 tablespoons

    Sugar

  • 3 tablespoons

    AP Flour

  • pinch

    Of Salt

  • Butter or Canola Oil as wanted

  • Powdered sugar

Directions
  1. Peel and mash bananas in a bowl till considerably lumpy. Use a fork for easiest texture.
  2. Add egg,milk, sugar, flour and salt to bananas. Toddle with the fork till you’ve a thick batter.
