Broccoli Soup

    medium onion, chopped


  • 1 bunch

    broccoli (a couple of heads), coarsely chopped


  • 2 quarts

    water


  • 1/2 teaspoon

    celtic sea salt

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a mountainous pot and saute onion over medium to low warmth until subtle, about quarter-hour
  2. Add broccoli and saute for five-10 minutes
  3. Add water and cook dinner until broccoli is subtle about quarter-hour
  4. Puree scorching soup in small batches in a Vitamix until tender and creamy
  5. Reheat soup and lend a hand
