A tasty, rapid and simple one-pot beef taco pasta with tons of melted cheese!
System:
- 1 pound floor beef, lean or additional lean
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 2 cups water (or beef broth)
- 2 cups salsa
- 8 oz pasta (gluten-free for gluten-free)
- 1 (1.5 ounce can) murky beans, rinsed and drained (elective)
- 1 cup cheese (cheddar and/or monterey jack, mozzarella, and tons others.)
Instructions:
- Put together dinner the ground beef and onion in a tidy sauce pan till the meat is browned and the onions are soft, about 10 minutes, sooner than draining off any excess grease.
- Add the garlic and taco seasoning and prepare dinner till fragrant, about a minute.
- Add the water, salsa and pasta. mix, bring to a boil, lower the warmth and simmer till the pasta is cooked, about 8 minutes.
- Add the murky beans and cheese and coo unitl it melts, about 2 minutes.
