This Crockpot Italian Chicken and Peppers is a healthy and delicious dinner that’s enormous straightforward and customizable. Or no longer it is gluten free, low calorie and has a Paleo choice too. A weeknight dinner recipe the final family will love! —Megan Olson
Ingredients

green bell pepper, sliced into strips

purple bell pepper, sliced into strips

yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips

orange bell pepper, sliced into strips
12 ounces
rooster breast
2 teaspoons
Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1/2 teaspoon
pepper
24 ounces
jar marinara sauce
Directions
- Layer bell peppers and rooster breasts in the crockpot with some on the bottom and a few on top then add seasonings, salt and pepper and marinara sauce.
- Cowl and cook on low for 8 hours or on excessive for 4 hours.
- Once it be cooked, spoil aside the rooster with a tongs. This also can shred without problems after cooking this lengthy in the sauce.
- Inspire over rice or lettuce and top with parmesan as desired.
