Assemble taco night straightforward night with these Crockpot Rooster Taco Bowls! Made naturally gluten free with handmade low sodium taco seasoning and layered with new greens, this low calorie dinner is one all individuals will handle especially the prepare dinner! —Megan Olson

Substances

  • 4

    skinless rooster breasts


  • 2 cups

    low sodium rooster broth

  • 2

    15 ouncescans reduced sodium sad beans, rinsed


  • 1

    crimson bell pepper, seeded and carve into long slices


  • 1

    inexperienced bell pepper, seeded and carve into long slices


  • 1 tablespoon

    onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon

    dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon

    paprika

  • 1 teaspoon

    cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon

    chili powder
  • salt & pepper to model

Instructions
  1. Situation rooster breasts on the bottom of the crockpot in a supreme layer. Add bell pepper, salt, pepper, seasonings then duvet rooster with rooster broth ensuring the rooster is nice covered within the liquid. Situation crockpot to low and prepare dinner 6 hours.
  2. With a wood spoon, damage up rooster breasts within the crockpot to shred it.
  3. Add sad beans to the crockpot prepare dinner on low but another half-hour.
  4. Assemble bowls, add optional toppings and enjoy!
