  • Serves

Ingredients

  • 1/2

    head of cauliflower

  • 2

flax eggs (2 tbsp ground flax whisked with 6 tbsp water)

  • 1/4 cup

    sriracha

  • 1 tablespoon

    dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon

olive oil, plus further, to coat battered cauliflower

  • 1 cup

    GF all reason flour

  • 1 tablespoon

    dietary yeast flakes

  • 1 teaspoon

    salt

  • 1 teaspoon

    garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon

    onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon

    dried thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon

    sweet smoked paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon

    celery seeds

  • 1/4 teaspoon

    ground cinnamon

Directions
  1. Decrease the cauliflower into medium-sized pieces. Dilemma apart.
  2. Place three identical-sized shallow bowls or dishes for your counter. In a single, mix sriracha, dijon and olive oil with the flax eggs. In a single other, mix flour with dietary yeast, salt, garlic, onion, thyme, paprika, celery seeds and cinnamon. Pour some olive oil within the third dish (I counsel starting with less and including extra as you want it to retain faraway from wastage).
  3. Dip the cauliflower within the wet mix, then into the dry mix, before dipping it all over again within the wet mix and dry mix all over again. Repeat the route of for all cauliflower pieces. You hold two coats of batter on every portion.
  4. Transfer half the cauliflower within the dish containing the olive oil and then set apart within the airfryer basket. Watch out not to overcrowd the basket.
  5. Dilemma the airfryer to 200 degrees C and cook dinner for 14 minutes, rotating after 7 minutes.
  6. Hold away the cauliflower from the basket and repeat with the excellent half of the cauliflower pieces. Wait on warmth.
  7. NOTE: Even supposing I haven’t tried it, this recipe might maybe presumably maybe maybe be adapted to be deep fried. To cook dinner without an airfryer, skip the step that entails coating the battered cauliflower in olive oil.
