Substances

  • 1 cup

    sweet potatoes, mashed

  • 1/3 cup

    Earth Balance Vegan Butter Sticks

  • 1/2 cup

    sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon

    baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon

    sea salt

  • 1/2 cup

    macadamia nuts, flooring

  • 1 teaspoon

    cardamom

  • 1 cup

    semi sweet vegan chocolate chips

  • 2 tablespoons

    coconut flakes
Instructions
  1. In a medium sized saucepan, combine sweet potatoes, vegan butter and sugar. Cook dinner over medium warmth; inform to a boil and accelerate for 7 minutes.
  2. Remove 1/2 the combination; transfer to a mixing bowl to frigid. Add baking soda and sea salt; combine nicely. Transfer combination to a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes or till golden brown. Remove from oven.
  3. Add cardamom, macadamia nuts, chocolate chips and coconut to range top sweet potato combination; combine nicely. Drizzle over cooked part. Bake for one other 15 minutes. Remove from oven, plot aside to frigid.
  4. Slice into brownie bites. Revel in!
