Ingredients

ripe bananas

eggs
1 cup
coconut flour
1.5 cups
tapioca flour
1 cup
maple syrup
1/4 cup
coconut milk
1/4 cup
melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1 cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 12-muffin tin with unbleached parchment liners.
- In a foremost bowl, mash the bananas except no seen chunks are left.
- Add in each ingredient stirring after each addition.
- Occupy each muffin liner. There shall be ample batter to bear each to the stay.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
