Substances:
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seed (golden or brown)
- 6 tablespoons boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
- 2 tablespoons tapioca flour (in most cases acknowledged as tapioca starch)
- 3/4 cup quinoa flour
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 3/4 cups coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons mashed banana
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups cacao nibs
- 1 cup chopped lightly toasted nuts of any kind (not obligatory)
