Do-it-yourself baked Muesli Banana Hemp Bars made with bananas, applesauce, hemp and muesli granola. A soon to be staple for your weekly meal prep, these straightforward snack bars are ones your complete family will cherish! —Megan Olson

Ingredients

  • 3

    ripe bananas


  • 1/4 cup

    hemp hearts

  • 1/4 cup

    unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/4 cup

    maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon

    vanilla extract

  • 2 1/3 cups

    Gluten Free Muesli

  • 1/2 teaspoon

    baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon

    baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon

    cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon

    sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 350 levels
  2. In a bowl, add all ingredients excluding hemp hearts & muesli
  3. Blend until mixed neatly
  4. Add hemp hearts & muesli and mix with batter by hand
  5. Topic in a 8×8 ready baking sheet
  6. Bake 30-35 minutes until golden on high
  7. Permit to frosty in the pan earlier than chopping & eradicating
  8. Serve in the refrigerator or freezer
