Preparation Methodology
- Par boil rice with salt and lend a hand aside.
- Beat the egg effectively.
- Slit the capsicum into triangles.
- Cube the onion and garlic finely.
- Heat a huge pan with two tablespoons of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
- Saute onion, garlic and capsicum.
- Toss mushroom and fling.
- Add the overwhelmed egg, whisk the egg and lend a hand aside.
- Heat one other pan with two tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
- Hump fry prawns.
- Add the fish pieces, flesh of crab and fling gently.
- Add soy sauce, salt, celery and fling effectively.
- To this add the cooked rice, fried sea food, spring onion and egg mixture.
- Hump effectively.
- Put off from fireplace and attend hot.
