This mochi cake is calmly sweetened with a contact of honey and topped with toasted sesame seeds making this the excellent, chewy, and gooey dessert! Oh! And its gluten free! —Three Hungry Bellies

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 levels Fahrenheit and line a 8-rush baking dish with parchment paper.

In a minute bowl combine the confectioners sugar, rice flour, milk, honey, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Don’t concern about over mixing on fable of the batter on fable of it doesn’t have any gluten!

Pour the batter into the ready dish and bake for 20 minutes.
