These Strawberry Oat Chocolate Chip Pancakes are made within the blender with creamy Greek yogurt, sweet strawberries and scrumptious oats with chunks of darkish chocolate nestled within the batter. High with current berries for a beautifully sweet and wholesome breakfast! —Megan Olson
Formula
1 cup
Gluten Free oats
1/2 cup
gross nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup
unsweetened applesauce
2
clear egg whites, room temperature
1 tablespoon
unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1 teaspoon
cinnamon-
pinch of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon
almond extract
Instructions
- Warmth a skillet to medium-excessive heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- To a blender or food processor, add all ingredients and direction of till batter is at ease. It needs to be slightly runny.
- To the skillet, add 1/4 cup of batter at a time to construct a pancake. Cook dinner 3-4 minutes till pancake begins to bubble then flip with a spatula and cook one more 2-3 minutes on the alternative aspect.
- Station pancakes on a cooling rack as you cook the rest of the batter.
- Attend and high with more current berries and darkish chocolate. Retain in an air tight container for as a lot as a week.
