Left with cranberry sauce after the holidays and mosey to not raze it, I critical to bake something that might incorporate the scrumptious sauce. This loaf takes about 5 minutes to put together and is ideal as a temporary breakfast, a healthy dessert, or an afternoon opt-me-up. —Monica

    eggs


  • 2 cups

    rye or spelt flour (I stale half-and-half, but utilize all rye if gluten free)

  • 1.5 cups

    cranberry sauce

  • 1/2 cup

    cranberry sauce (for spreading on prime)

  • 3/4 cup

    maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup

    olive oil

  • 1/2 cup

    chopped walnuts

  • 3 teaspoons

    vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon

    salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 F
  2. Mix all substances in a bowl, rather than for the ½ cup cranberry sauce
  3. Transfer mixture correct into a loaf pan
  4. Unfold final ½ cup cranberry sauce on prime (it doesn’t spread that groovy on the batter, but appropriate roughly spread it comparatively – this will advance out appropriate lovely!)
  5. Bake at 325 F for 60-90 minutes, or unless knife comes out natty
