  • 2 tablespoons millet
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon gluten flour (No longer compulsory)
  • 1 bundle piquant dry yeast
  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • 2 tablespoons molasses or honey
  • 2 teaspoons butter or shortening
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup complete wheat flour
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
  • 1 Nonstick cooking spray
