Sugar Snap Salad

    massive handfuls sugar snap peas


  • 2 tablespoons

  • 1/2 teaspoon

    dijon mustard


  • 1/4 cup

    additional virgin olive oil

  • freshly ground dusky pepper

Directions
  1. Wash and dry your salad greens, then recede into chew-sized objects. (I enact this all in my salad spinner.) Put of residing apart.
