Pandan Sugar Cookies

    3 dozen cookies
Ingredients

  • 3 cups

    all-reason flour


  • 3/4 teaspoon

    baking powder


  • 1 cup

    unsalted butter, softened


  • 1 cup

    sugar


  • 1

    egg, beaten


  • 1 tablespoon

    milk


  • 2-3 drops

    pandan extract

Instructions
  1. Problem butter and sugar in good bowl of electrical mixer and beat except light in shade. Add egg, milk and pandan extract. Beat to mix. Establish mixer on low shuffle, regularly add flour, and beat except mixture pulls a long way from the side of the bowl. Divide the dough in half, wrap in waxed paper, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  3. Get rid of 1 wrapped pack of dough from fridge at a time. Scoop and roll balls of dough into balls and flatten onto baking sheets. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or except a puny golden brown around the edges. Let sit down on baking sheet for 2 minutes after removal from oven after which transfer to total cooling on wire rack.
