Shiitake and Spinach Miso Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dashi
  • 1 handful shitake mushrooms
  • 1 handful miniature one spinach
  • 1 tablespoon miso (gluten free for gluten free)
  • 1 green onion (chopped)

Instructions:
