Ingredients

  • 2

    ripe bananas


  • 3

    eggs


  • 1 cup

    coconut flour


  • 1.5 cups

    tapioca flour


  • 1 cup

    maple syrup


  • 1/4 cup

    coconut milk


  • 1/4 cup

    melted coconut oil


  • 1 teaspoon

    vanilla extract


  • 1 teaspoon

    baking powder


  • 1 cup

    chocolate chips

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 12-muffin tin with unbleached parchment liners.
  2. In a foremost bowl, mash the bananas except no seen chunks are left.
  3. Add in each ingredient stirring after each addition.
  4. Occupy each muffin liner. There shall be ample batter to bear each to the stay.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
