  1. Poke collectively oil, Chardonnay vinegar, lemon zest and juice, shallot, and honey in a substantial bowl.

  2. Thinly slash snap peas lengthwise (about 4 slices every). Add snap peas, chicken, ricotta, and onion to dressing in bowl. Stir mint leaves at once into bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Scamper salad till neatly combined. Sprinkle with almonds.
