Gluten-Free Broccoli-Crust Pizza Recipe

    gigantic head broccoli, chopped and steamed

  • 1

    gigantic egg, lightly overwhelmed

  • 2 c.

    shredded mozzarella, divided

  • 1/2 c.

    Parmesan, divided

  • 1/2 tsp.

    garlic powder

  • Kosher salt

  • Freshly ground unlit pepper

  • 1/4 c.

    marinara sauce

  • 1/4 c.

    pepperoni

  • Contemporary basil, for serving

    1. Step 1Preheat oven to 425 levels F.
    2. Step 2In a food processor, pulse steamed broccoli till grated. Squeeze water out. Transfer broccoli to a huge bowl and add egg, 1 cup mozzarella, and ¼ cup Parmesan. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
    3. Step 3Transfer dough to a parchment-lined, greased baking sheet and shape right into a thin, spherical crust. Bake till golden and dried out, 20 minutes.
    4. Step 4High with marinara, final cheeses and pepperoni, and bake till cheese is melted and crust is crispy, 10 minutes extra. Garnish with basil.
