Gluten-Free Fudgy Chocolate Avocado Bread

  • 1 ripe hass avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 3/4 cup shaded brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon floor cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cup almond flour
  1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Grease an 8×4-creep loaf pan.
  2. In a runt bowl combine almond flour, cocoa, salt, cardamom, baking soda and baking powder; attach apart.
  3. In a orderly bowl beat avocado and sugar at medium speed until gentle. While beating, add eggs; beat on high speed until fluffy, about 1 minute.
  4. Fold dry system into avocado combination until blended; take away to interesting pan.
  5. Bake 55 minutes; chilly. Carve with nice looking serrated knife for handiest results
