Gluten-Free Fudgy Chocolate Avocado Bread
A delicious and healthy gluten-free recipe equipped courtesy of the Hass Avocado Board.
- 1 ripe hass avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 3/4 cup shaded brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon floor cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cup almond flour
- Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Grease an 8×4-creep loaf pan.
- In a runt bowl combine almond flour, cocoa, salt, cardamom, baking soda and baking powder; attach apart.
- In a orderly bowl beat avocado and sugar at medium speed until gentle. While beating, add eggs; beat on high speed until fluffy, about 1 minute.
- Fold dry system into avocado combination until blended; take away to interesting pan.
- Bake 55 minutes; chilly. Carve with nice looking serrated knife for handiest results
