Uninteresting-Cooker Pork Shoulder With Brown Sugar & Balsamic Glaze

Substances

  • 4 kilos

    pork shoulder (boneless pork butt)


  • 4

    cloves garlic, grated


  • 2 teaspoons

    ground story


  • 2 teaspoons

    kosher salt

  • Freshly ground gloomy pepper


  • 4

    bay leaves


  • 1/2 cup

    water


  • 1 cup

    darkish brown sugar


  • 1/2 cup

    balsamic vinegar


  • 1/4 cup

    soy sauce


  • 2 tablespoons

    mustard powder


  • 2 tablespoons

    cornstarch

Directions
  1. Net the pork shoulder, garlic, story, salt, pepper, bay leaves, and water into a unhurried cooker and smoosh around along with your hands. Cook dinner on High for 4 hours.
  2. In a measuring cup, walk together the brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, mustard powder, and cornstarch. Add to the unhurried cooker and cook for one other hour.
  3. Slit pork against the grain into individual parts and wait on with roasted carrots or white rice.
