Fudge-y, gentle and moist matcha inexperienced tea white chocolate blondies!
Substances:
- 8 oz. white chocolate, chopped or chips
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup, packed, light brown sugar
- 2 dapper eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-cause flour (rice flour for gluten-free)
- 1 heaping tablespoon matcha + 1 teaspoon for dusting
Instructions:
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave (30 seconds at a time) or in a double boiler.
- Cream the butter and sugars, beat in the eggs, vanilla and salt sooner than mixing in the melted chocolate.
- Mix the mix of flour and matcha into the batter and pour it loyal into a greased, foil lined, 8 hurry baking pan.
- Bake in a preheated 350F/180C oven till a toothpick pushed into the centre comes out largely elegant, about 20 minutes.
- Let frigid, cut and dirt evenly with matcha powder by inserting the powder in a ravishing mesh sieve and evenly tapping it while retaining it over the blondies.
