Chickpea Deviled Eggs
There’s been a kind of focus on about deviled eggs being indulgent, but this recipe provides them a healthy side, too. Whole Meals stirs some chickpeas into their combination to add texture and some protein.
- 12 laborious-cooked eggs, peeled, lower in half of, and yolks mashed in a bowl
- 1 cup garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained, divided
- 2 cup finely chopped pink onion
