Scheme

  • STEP 1

    Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gasoline 6 and line a 12-gap muffin tin with paper cases.

  • STEP 2

    Beat the butter and sugars together for five minutes except pale and fluffy. Add the eggs step by step and beat in except blended. Combine in the yogurt, vanilla and milk.

  • STEP 3

    Fold in the flour, baking powder and a pinch of pleasing salt except you like a gradual batter. Finally, fold in 150g of the blackberries and like the muffin cases ¾ chunky. Jog 2 blackberries (or 4 halves) into the pinnacle of each and every muffin, in stammer that they are protruding a tiny bit.
