Ingredients
  • Cookie dough

  • 1/2 cup

    light brown sugar


  • 3 tablespoons

    white sugar


  • 1

  • 1 tablespoon

    lemon juice, freshly squeezed


  • 1 3/4 cups

    all cause flour


  • 1/2 teaspoon

    salt


  • 1/2 teaspoon

    baking soda


  • 1/2 teaspoon

    baking powder


  • 1 cup

    white chocolate chips

  • Lemon glaze

  • 1 cup

    powdered sugar


  • 2 tablespoons

    lemon juice, freshly squeezed


  • 1 teaspoon

    almond extract

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Self-discipline the butter, brown sugar and white sugar in an electrical mixer fitted with a trudge attachment. Cream them collectively for 2 minutes. Add the egg, lemon juice and zest. In a small mixing bowl, sift the flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder collectively. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture in three batches.
