Aubergine Crisps with Honey

Serves 4-6.

Ingredients:

  • 300g aubergines, lower into 7-8mm- thick slices
  • 110g frightful flour
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil, plus additional for deep-fryingDSCF5435 (1)
  • 150ml frigid water
  • 2 free-vary egg whites
  • Clear honey for drizzling
  • Fair correct-trying sea salt

1.       Sprinkle the aubergine slices flippantly on either facet with salt and put apart for 30 minutes.

5.       Abet straight while they’re quiet sizzling and crisp, with the honey as a dip.
