- 1 1/4 tablespoons thyme (finely chopped and original)
- 1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- 1 cup cornmeal (expend organic while you don't need GMO for your meals)
- 4 tablespoons filtered water (add to egg change)
- 2 teaspoons egg change (Ener-G)
