Substances:

  • * 1lb pork tenderloin (lean)
  • * 3tbsp canola oil
  • * 2tbsp chopped chive (garnish, no longer mandatory)
  • pork loin marinade:
  • * 1/2 cup willing impolite mustard (can spend dijon or creole also)
  • * 2tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • * 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • * 1/4 cup, oil (canola, grape seed or evoo)
  • * 2 clove garlic, chopped finely
  • * 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaf
  • * 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • * 1/4 tsp impolite ground shaded pepper
  • pan sauce for pork:
  • * 1tbsp unsalted butter (for sauteing onion)
  • * 2 oz.bourbon (treasure maker's tag)
  • * 3tbsp apricot withhold
  • * 1tbsp sweet white onion, finely chopped
  • * pinch of sea salt
  • * speed cayenne pepper
  • southern coleslaw:
  • * 10 oz.green cabbage, very finely shredded (i aquire a 10-oz.pre shredded
  • bag)
  • * 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • * 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • * 1tbsp willing impolite mustard
  • * 1/4 tsp ground shaded pepper
  • * 1/4 tsp sea salt
