System:
- 3 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup unsalted hulled sunflower seeds

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 tablespoons (½ stick) unsalted butter or canal oil
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped blended dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, dates, apricots, figs, prunes, etc.)
