Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 levels.
- Plug slight holes in the potato with a fork and roast on a cookie sheet unless serene and fluffy.
- While potatoes are cooking, gash bacon into bite sized pieces and render out the elephantine in a medium sized frying pan.
- Drain the tin of Scout Lobster real into a little bowl and reserve the meat for the garnish.
- Minimize the potatoes in half and scoop out half of the potato into the bowl with the lobster oil and butter.
- Restuff the potatoes with the seasoned filling and top with mozzarella and rendered bacon.
- Situation attend in oven unless cheese has melted, roughly 3-5 minutes.
- Garnish with sour cream, scallions, lobster and lemon zest.
