Aztec Chocolate Rice Pudding

Sweet, difficult and chocolatey – a sharp minute pudding that is now not the most wonderful thing but certain hit the gap.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups

    low-beefy milk


  • 1/3 cup

    granulated sugar


  • 2 tablespoons

    cocoa powder


  • 1

    vanilla bean, rupture up in half lengthwise


  • 2

    cinnamon sticks


  • 1/4 teaspoon

    cayenne pepper


  • 2 cups

    cooked white rice

Directions
  1. Warmth all ingredients with the exception of the rice in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stirring incessantly, cook until bubbles originate to produce on the perimeters of the pan and the milk begins to steam.
  3. At that time, remove the cinnamon sticks and the vanilla bean pod.
  4. Then add the rice and bring to a comfortable boil.
  5. Decrease heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes until thickened, stirring incessantly to preserve away from burning.
  6. Relax and attend.
