400 mL can chunky chunky coconut milk
5 tablespoons
maple syrup, divided
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups
blueberries
1 1/2
lemons, juiced
3/4 cup
water
Directions
- In a trim mixing bowl combine coconut milk, 3 tablespoons of maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Pour into popsicle molds and let freeze for Quarter-hour
- To a blender add blueberries, remaining maple syrup, lemon juice and water. Mix to combine.
- Add blueberry combination to coconut layer. Allow to freeze for 30 extra minutes.
- Insert popsicle sticks and continue freezing except real (no now not as much as four hours).
