Blueberry Coconut Popsicles

    400 mL can chunky chunky coconut milk


  • 5 tablespoons

    maple syrup, divided


  • 1 teaspoon

    vanilla extract


  • 1 1/2 cups

    blueberries


  • 1 1/2

    lemons, juiced


  • 3/4 cup

    water

Directions
  1. In a trim mixing bowl combine coconut milk, 3 tablespoons of maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Pour into popsicle molds and let freeze for Quarter-hour
  2. To a blender add blueberries, remaining maple syrup, lemon juice and water. Mix to combine.
  3. Add blueberry combination to coconut layer. Allow to freeze for 30 extra minutes.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and continue freezing except real (no now not as much as four hours).
