Chicken Liver Pâté

We had a dinky chook thanksgiving. No turkey, appropriate 10 cornish sport hens. Which formula I had 10 chook offal packs to play with. I started with the livers. (You can furthermore bid your turkey livers.)


Combine in numerous Thanksgiving leftovers, and this is one soft snack. Roughly savor liver flavored butter.. —cookingwithleftovers

Substances

  • 10

    cornish sport chook livers, cleaned of any paunchy


  • 1 tablespoon

    butter


  • 1 tablespoon

    olive oil


  • 3

    sage leaves, diced


  • 1

    tiny garlic clove, diced


  • 1/3 cup

    champagne


  • 1/2

    lemon zest

Directions
  1. Neat the livers of any paunchy, dry them, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the butter, sage, garlic, and oil to a pan, flip it as much as excessive warmth, and then add the livers. Hide and put collectively dinner for 2-3 minutes.
