Spinach-and-Artichoke Dip

  • ½ cup pudgy-free bitter cream
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground dusky pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
  • 1 (8-ounce) block 1/3-much less-pudgy cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) block pudgy-free cream cheese, softened
  • 6 oz. phase-flee mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 ounce serene Parmesan cheese, grated and divided (about 1/4 cup)
