  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 4 c. plump-free, low-sodium vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 mammoth sweet potato, peeled and decrease into 1/2″ objects
