Apple and oat smoothie

Astronomical hasty breakfast smoothie. Mix apple, oats, banana, cinnamon, goji berries, chia seeds, milk real into a creamy smoothie. —VeryBreakfast

    apple


  • 1

    banana


  • 2 tablespoons

    oats (if gluten free exhaust gluten free variety)


  • 1 tablespoon

    chia seeds


  • 1 teaspoon

    goji berries


  • 1 teaspoon

    cinnamon


  • 1 cup

    milk (cows, rice, almond, oat milk)

Instructions
  1. Wash and core the apple, lower into chunks and add to the blender with approx the Third of the milk.
  2. Mix the apple real into a puree.
  3. Add banana, oats, chia seeds, goji berries, cinnamon, and the the leisure of the milk.
  4. Mix over again until smooth.
