Ingredients
2 cups
low-beefy milk
1/3 cup
granulated sugar
2 tablespoons
cocoa powder
1
vanilla bean, rupture up in half lengthwise
2
cinnamon sticks
1/4 teaspoon
cayenne pepper
2 cups
cooked white rice
Directions
- Warmth all ingredients with the exception of the rice in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Stirring incessantly, cook until bubbles originate to produce on the perimeters of the pan and the milk begins to steam.
- At that time, remove the cinnamon sticks and the vanilla bean pod.
- Then add the rice and bring to a comfortable boil.
- Decrease heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes until thickened, stirring incessantly to preserve away from burning.
- Relax and attend.
