Let them indulge in cake! Simply for vegan & gluten free —myinspiration
Ingredients

2tbsp Buckwheat Flour
3/4 teaspoon
Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon
Baking Soda-
Pinch
Ground Allspice
1 teaspoon
Ground Cinnamon
1 cup
canned coconut milk
3 tablespoons
Maple Syrup

Banana, chopped
2 tablespoons
Raisins

Walnuts, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 levels celcius (356 levels fahrenheit) and evenly oil a 9? round cake tin.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon & allspice.
- n a separate bowl, mix the coconut milk and maple syrup and then add this to the dry ingredients, throw in the banana, raisins and the chopped walnuts (address some chopped walnut in reserve to scatter over the head) and fold the aggregate together till it’s paunchy blended.

Pour in to the baking tray and sprinkle over some extra chopped walnut.
Pop in the oven for 25 – half-hour, till a skewer comes out natty and it’s agency the the contact. Icy and wait on.
