  • 1/2 cup oats, such as quaker® oats
  • 1/2 cup non-paunchy milk
  • 1/2 cup non-paunchy undeniable greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup blended berries and fruit
  1. Add oats to your container of selection and pour in milk. Next, layer the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and blended fruit and berries. Refrigerate overnight and revel in within the morning!
